Errgh first proper crash on my bicycle in forever. Standing by the roundabout trying to stop shaking. Hats off to the gentleman who came over to make sure I’m ok and stopped and chatted for 5 minutes to make sure I’m ok.

I’m pretty good after night shifts at work in terms of doing stuff but just can’t string a sentence together. Today’s special moment was answering the phone to someone and saying saying “Hey Tom how’s it going” (myself) and introducing myself as them. Smooth. I clearly need to get some tea and food.

Armed with headphones in bed listening to Dananananakroyds last album and it’s sinking in that I saw them for the last time last week. Stuff like that is just plain heart wrenching and makes me want to sulk.

Days like today are why I love cycling. I’m really not good enough with words to do today justice and describe how ace it was cycling around Sussex with it being so autumnal.
